Refund policy

 

 

We cannot refund or exchange goods due to the consumable nature of our products.

We stand behind the quality of our teas, so if something isn’t right, please notify us right away of any issues.

We will promptly issue a full refund if:

  1. You receive the wrong items,

  2. The quantity is incorrect or,

  3. Your order doesn’t arrive (excluding incorrect address details).

We will coordinate with you to return the affected items in any of these three cases.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, tampering or that do not meet the criteria listed above.
